Appliance Repair Technician LVL II-Missoula MT(2 yrs min experience) Lloyds Repair LLC has been fixing appliances for over 43 years. We are a 3rd generation family owned business that works very hard to keep our customers' needs met. Our base office is located in Montana. We serve over 300 zip codes in Montana, North Dakota, and Idaho. We are currently looking for another technician to join the team in the Missoula Montana area! Technicians are responsible for repair of home appliances. We do appliance repairs for most all major manufacturers as well as customers that call the office to have their machine fixed. Technicians do in-home repairs which requires all technicians to be courteous, polite, and clean. We are looking for a dependable technician with mechanical abilities and good communication skills. The job requires that all technicians be able to pass a drug and background check. 4000 dollar signing bonus after 90 days Paid Vacation and Holidays, Matching Retirement Plan, etc.. Specific Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose, lookup parts to order, and repair appliances in a customer's home. Provide cost estimates using provided software when needed. Collect payment or payment information from the customer. Calling customers to confirm appointments Keep company vehicle properly serviced and clean. Weekly expense report for company credit card charges.

Job Requirements:

High School or equivalent Valid driver's license with a good driving record Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to navigate and utilize computer/tablet technology. All jobs are dispatched, parts ordered, and jobs closed through Service Desk Software.

Work Vehicle Tablet Computer Gas card Smart Phone Uniform Specialized Repair Tools Pay is DOE and ongoing training is available. Work would be M-F with weekends off.
