Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities
- Implement individualized therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide training and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions Skills
- Proficiency in medical documentation, care plans, and medical records
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to collect and analyze data to track progress and outcomes
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder

CPR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year experience with special needs children is a must Bachelor's Degree or BCBA Certification required Shift availability: Friday evenings and weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) Final caseload and hours determined by therapist preference. Therapists may determine whether they take one youth or multiple youth, depending on their availability and comfort level.Pay:
