This role is responsible for outbound prospecting, setting client meetings, generating leads, and helping grow new business opportunities for our staffing and recruiting operations. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, competitive, and comfortable building relationships with business leaders across manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, and office services industries. Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients daily Set qualified appointments for the sales and leadership team Follow up on marketing campaigns, emails, and lead lists Research companies and identify decision-makers Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking Assist with email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach Support business development initiatives and territory growth Build and maintain professional client relationships Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and sales activity calendars Qualifications Previous sales, call center, customer service, or staffing experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, or Microsoft Office is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Compensation & Benefits Base pay + bonus/incentive opportunities Career growth opportunities within Express Detroit Paid training and ongoing development Team-oriented and growth-focused environment About Express Detroit Express Detroit is a locally owned staffing and recruiting organization supporting businesses across Metro Detroit through flexible staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions.
