We are looking for a novice apprentice baker for a fast paced bakery making fresh bread and pastries daily. Early mornings are important to making the freshest bread in town; shifts start at 3am sharp. Shifts end before noon each day. On the job training is provided, and apprenticeship through mixing, shaping and running the oven are given to each new hire. Requirements Baking experience preferred, but will train the right candidate. Eagerness and ability to multitask a must. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods. Benefits after 60 days for full-time employees. Mastery of skills allows you to move up quickly in our bakery with compensation to match. $18/hr to start. Willing to negotiate a higher pay rate for those with industry experience.
