Responsibilities Assist senior plumbers with installing and repairing plumbing systems on construction sites. Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to prepare materials for installation. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Support with welding and mechanical tasks as needed to ensure proper assembly of plumbing components. Maintain safety standards by adhering to site protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear. Help with remodeling, maintenance, and basic carpentry tasks related to plumbing projects. Participate in site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting under supervision. Requirements Basic knowledge of construction practices and familiarity with construction site environments. Willingness to learn plumbing techniques including pipe threading, pipe fitting, and schematic reading. Experience or interest in construction plumbing, HVAC systems, or handyman work is a plus. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of schematics and blueprints preferred. Strong work ethic with good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as carpentry or remodeling is advantageous but not required.
