In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on various construction sites. Your expertise in construction plumbing, pipe threading, welding, and blueprint reading will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling to new construction, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential construction projects using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure secure connections and system integrity. Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction plumbing installations while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with remodeling projects by modifying existing plumbing systems and integrating new components seamlessly. Follow all safety guidelines on construction sites, including proper use of tools and equipment, to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work. Knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety and efficiency. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transportation. Handyman experience or background in carpentry, remodeling, or assembly is advantageous.
