Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Prescribe medications and manage treatment protocols for diverse patient populations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care and follow-up. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention strategies. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations. Stay current on best practices in advanced practice nursing and healthcare.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing and a valid APRN license in Florida. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care. Current CPR certifications are required. Knowledge of electronic health record systems is a plus.
