Interns will support various departments and teams, contributing to meaningful projects and learning workplace skills that complement their academic education. This program is designed to foster early career development, build confidence, and provide exposure to real-world business operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects specific to the assigned department or role. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and job shadowing opportunities. Complete assignments with attention to detail and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Learning Objectives Develop foundational workplace skills such as communication, time management, and teamwork. Gain exposure to industry-specific tools, processes, and terminology. Understand the structure and function of a professional organization. Build confidence in a professional setting and explore career interests. Eligibility Currently enrolled in high school Completion of at least one class in Kohler Academy or engineering/ pre-engineering Reliable transportation to and from work location Preferred Attributes Strong interest in learning and exploring career opportunities.
