We work on residential, commercial, and public works projects with varying scopes of work: ground-up construction, adaptive reuse, historical preservation, and remodel/tenant improvement. The Architectural Project Manager role involves working independently on multiple projects in collaboration with a fast-paced and creative team. With direction from the Principal Architect, you will play a meaningful role in developing each phase of your assigned projects. We pride ourselves on our collaboration; you will work directly with clients, contractors, consultants and governing agencies to bring the project to life.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS - ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
BArch, MArch or equivalent degree from an accredited U.S. Architecture School. CA Architect's license is a plus, but not necessarily required. 5+ years of architectural office experience, including the production of construction drawings and details. Experience with Vectorworks. Self-motivated, organized, and value attention to detail Ability to work together with our team and consultants to deliver value for our clients. Responsive and dependable to meet deadlines Ability to clearly and effectively communicate Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be available to work in the office in downtown San Luis Obispo and visit job sites throughout San Luis Obispo County. We offer a 401K retirement plan with company match, a QSEHRA medical reimbursement plan, PTO, and flexibility in work schedule. Company reimbursement is available for passing architecture licensing exams and LEED exams.
