Workshop Meng is a collaborative, process driven office with many opportunities for growth. We are looking for an ambitious individual with high design sensibility, strong communication skills, and well-rounded personality who is ready to take on multiple roles. What you'll be doing: 1. Participating in all phases of design, render, detailing construction working drawings. 2. Lead project design development and construction document process with junior staff and engineers. 3. Collaborating with team on presentation drawings and construction documentsCommunication with external vendors. Qualifications 3 to 8 years of direct, relevant, practical professional experience. Experience in the preparation or leading production of drawing sets. Ability to build good relationships, both internally and externally, with integrity, respect, humor, and a sense of responsibility, being able to read the room. Fluency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and proficiency in additional digital rendering tools and office software. Degree from a NAAB-accredited Architecture program. Exceptional design skills. Willingness to teach and learn. Enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity. Excellent communication, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to complete projects on time, with precision and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members.
