PROJECT ARCHITECT
Project Architect:
(Gabriel Architects) Gabriel Architects (GA) was established in 1994 as a full-service architectural design firm for a wide variety of projects ranging from residential, multi-family, commercial, public, medical and winery projects throughout the Central Coast. Currently GA is a well-established five-person office with growth opportunity for the person who fits in well in our awesome team. GA is establishing a new office in San Luis Obispo and is seeking a highly talented individual to become an integral part of our firm and develop into a leadership position working directly with Larry Gabriel, the principal. GA needs a Project Architect who is highly motivated, self-starter with strong design and presentation skills and has excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Design Presentations Marketing Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with entire staff Develop program, design, and construction document phases Direct construction documents, code analysis, managing consultants, and quality control Review documents for permitting bidding and construction completeness Multitask responsibilities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience Architectural License in CA Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture Extensive experience in commercial construction documents and detailing Current knowledge of the California Building Codes Very detailed orientated while being able to multi-task Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & 3-D Modeling Growth oriented environment culture that values creative ideas and leadership
Compensation:

Pay:
$82,048.88 - $115,000.00 per year
