As a Technical Project Architect, you will play a key role in the execution of highly technical projects including data centers, semiconductor facilities, healthcare campuses, laboratories, and advanced industrial manufacturing plants. You will work alongside experienced architects, engineers, and construction professionals in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation, coordination, and technical excellence.

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Architect with a strong background in industrial, healthcare, and mission critical facility design. This role is responsible for leading the technical execution, coordination, and documentation of highly complex commercial projects from design development through construction administration. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Revit capabilities, exceptional technical detailing skills, and extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on technically demanding projects including manufacturing facilities, healthcare environments, data centers, semiconductor facilities, laboratories, and other mission critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead technical development and production of industrial, healthcare, and mission critical architectural projects utilizing Revit. Prepare and coordinate complex construction document packages for technically intensive facilities including manufacturing plants, healthcare facilities, data centers, clean rooms, laboratories, and high-performance infrastructure projects. Coordinate architectural scope with structural, MEP, process, and specialty engineering consultants. Develop technical details, wall assemblies, equipment coordination drawings, and constructability solutions for highly serviced buildings. Ensure designs comply withIBC, NFPA, ADA, FGI
healthcare guidelines, life safety standards, and jurisdictional code requirements. Support design and coordination efforts for critical environments requiring redundancy, reliability, and operational continuity. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and maintain accurate, coordinated Revit models throughout all project phases. Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and coordination across disciplines. Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, clients, and engineering teams during all project phases. Assist with permitting efforts, jurisdictional reviews, and technical responses. Support construction administration activities including RFIs, submittal reviews, ASIs, change orders, punch lists, and field observations. Mentor junior architectural staff and support implementation of BIM and Revit standards across project teams. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. 7+ years of architectural experience with large-scale commercial construction projects. Proficiency in Revit required. Extensive experience producing and coordinating large-scale construction document sets. Strong understanding of complex building systems, equipment coordination, and technical detailing. Knowledge of healthcare codes, clean room environments, mission critical redundancy principles, and industrial facility requirements preferred. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams on highly technical projects. Architectural licensure preferred.Pay:
