Now Hiring:
Senior Architect - Federal Facilities (TS Clearance Required) Washington, DC | Onsite | M-F (Core hours: 9:30 AM-2:30 PM) We're seeking a Senior Architect to support a federal A/E unit managing a large portfolio of office and mission-critical facilities. This is a high-impact role focused on planning, design, and construction-working in the government's best interest.
What You'll Do:
Lead planning studies, feasibility assessments, and conceptual designs Develop stacking/blocking plans and AutoCAD design intent drawings Conduct field surveys and provide space planning recommendations Review A/E and contractor deliverables for compliance and accuracy Support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, site walks, punch lists) Coordinate across stakeholders and manage multiple project phases Ensure alignment with IBC, UFAS, and federal standards
What You Bring:
Bachelor's in Architecture (required) 8+ years in commercial or federal facilities design/construction Strong Auto
CAD + MS
Office skills Expertise in workplace planning and code compliance Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end Architecture license (preferred)
Clearance Required:
Active Secret (minimum) with ability to obtain Top Secret (TS strongly preferred) This is a fully onsite role supporting secure federal facilities. Expect occasional after-hours work (pre-approved). Ready to step into a mission-critical environment? Apply now or message directly.
