Are you ready to design your future? Be our next Principal Architect/Senior Project Architect What your role at EXP looks like This role is intentionally broad and adaptable. We recognize that architects build their careers through many different project types, firm environments, and leadership paths. Whether your background is primarily in education, residential, institutional, civic, mixed-use, renovation, or a combination of these, we encourage you to apply. You will take a leading role in project delivery and design coordination, while helping shape how we work together as a practice. The emphasis is on strong building fundamentals, collaboration, and quality project outcomes . What a day at EXP has in store for you Lead architectural projects through planning, design, documentation, and construction. Serve as a senior point of coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams. Guide design quality, technical execution, and code compliance. Support project teams through clear direction, mentorship, and collaboration. Contribute to proposals, interviews, and pursuits as a design and technical leader. Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients through consistent delivery. Share experience and help develop architects and designers at different career stages. Contribute ideas that improve design quality, processes, and team culture. What your experience looks like Licensed Architect (U.S. registration required; Florida license). Experience leading architectural projects and teams. Background may include education, residential, campus, institutional, civic, mixed-use, or renovation work. Strong communication and coordination skills. Comfort working in a multidisciplinary environment. Interest in leadership, collaboration, and professional growth. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
