ARCHITECT

Brame Heck Architects is looking for a full-time Architect or Designer to join our team. This is an on-site position. No remote applicants please. What we're looking for (Qualifications): Someone who is either: A Florida Registered Architect, A registered Architect able to obtain reciprocal registration in FL, or A designer who is on the path to registration in the State of Florida. What we'd like you to have (Skills and Experience): Excellent listening skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Fluency with Autodesk Revit Ability to flexibly manage multiple projects and schedules A proactive team-oriented problem-solver Experience working with Owners, User Groups, Engineering Consultants, and Contractors Experience managing projects from pre-design through post occupancy Client Development / Marketing Experience Experience in design, document preparation, project management, and specification writing What you'll be doing (Tasks): Meeting with Owners and User groups to coordinate design and program requirements Manage project teams for new construction and renovation projects Oversee and coordinate document development with BIM specialist(s) Work with consultants to coordinate project delivery Construction Administration What we offer (Compensation): BHA understands that our people are our greatest asset, so we strive to maintain a relaxed, safe, and productive environment.
