One of our companies, Kaller Architecture, is looking for a skilled professional to design, coordinate, and oversee a variety of architectural projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex developments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver innovative solutions for high-profile clients.
Location:
Hollywood, Florida Key Responsibilities Help with architectural design and technical development of residential and commercial projects Prepare and oversee detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Ensure all designs comply with the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout all project phases Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and construction administration tasks Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings to ensure design intent is maintained Manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and permitting packages Resolve design and construction challenges through creative and technical problem-solving Support project delivery from concept through construction completion Required Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university 6-10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (required); experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3DS Max is a plus Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction detailing Solid understanding of the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams Preferred Qualifications Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure Experience in both residential and commercial project types Strong construction administration experience Benefits Company-sponsored health insurance 401(k) / Roth 401(k) Paid vacation, personal days, and holidays Opportunities for career growth and advancement
