Full-time, in office, Monday through Friday About the role Thirlwall Design is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our team in Miami Beach. This role is focused on high-end residential work and requires strong experience in project management, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and technical oversight across all phases of a project. The ideal candidate is proactive, disciplined, and capable of maintaining high design and documentation standards while keeping multiple moving parts on track. Key responsibilities Produce and coordinate design development and construction document drawing sets Oversee projects from schematic design through construction administration Manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple active projects Coordinate drawings and information with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, lighting, low-voltage, and other consultants Review shop drawings and support consultant coordination during construction Maintain drawing quality, file organization, sheet standards, and overall technical consistency Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members to support project continuity Research products, materials, and systems and assist with cost and budget coordination Provide regular progress updates, to-do lists, and project reporting to leadership Requirements 3 to 8 years of real in-office architectural experience Strong experience in high-end residential projects preferred Proficiency in Revit for production drawings and construction documentation Strong AutoCAD skills Solid understanding of construction drawing sets, detailing, and consultant coordination Experience with design development, construction documentation, and construction administration South Florida building code knowledge preferred Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Existing U.S. work authorization required Software Revit AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office What we are looking for We are looking for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and precision, and who can help lead projects with a high level of technical control and coordination.
