This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who is passionate about design excellence, client service, and mentoring teams. Responsibilities Lead architectural design and coordinate with engineering disciplines. Manage client relationships and support account growth. Oversee QA/QC processes, construction documentation review, and document sealing. Coordinate consultants and construction administration activities. Manage multiple retail projects simultaneously. Mentor and develop junior team members. Ensure projects meet design, code, and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect required. 10+ years of architectural experience. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building codes, and exterior envelope systems. Proficiency in Revit. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Commitment to sustainable design and high-performance projects.
