Position Type:
Contract Onsite
Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent vocational/technical certification 5 years of architecture, construction, or residential design experience 2 years of project or people management experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word Knowledge of architectural and construction processes Experience in project and people management Ability to influence and collaborate with internal resources, consultants, and remote teams Valid driver's license Local and able to work onsite 5 days per week in Orlando, FL
Preferences:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Experience with SketchUp, BIM360 Residential construction or homebuilding experience Demonstrated employment stability with a record of successfully completing prior assignments
Responsibilities:
Manage both internal and external teams and projects to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards Collaborate with other departments to provide informed decision-making Assist Design Team with design initiatives and Architectural Operations with technology projects Lead and engage with all team members, sharing experiences and best practices Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met Manage multiple projects simultaneously Read and understand construction codes and collect relevant project information Adhere to project workflow criteria and standards Exercise independent judgment and manage data Assist in business analysis for senior leadership decision-making Help create and govern standards and procedures Get in
