Overview As our Project Architect, you will lead multifamily and mixed-use developments through every phase of design and construction while working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You will guide design decisions, coordinate technical documentation, oversee BIM workflows, and help ensure projects remain aligned with design intent and quality standards. You'll mentor junior team members, manage consultant coordination, navigate project challenges, review drawings and specifications, support construction administration efforts, and help deliver successful projects that balance creativity, technical excellence, schedule requirements, and client expectations. Experience Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on multifamily and mixed use projects Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating consultants Strong working knowledge of building codes and construction documentation Experience with podium style buildings Proficiency in: Revit (required in all project phases), Auto

CAD, BIM 360

/ Autodesk Construction Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Enscape Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound professional judgment
