Job duties include:

Manage architectural projects, ensuring they meet budget, design, and timeline requirements; Assists in conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications; Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants to facilitate project progress; Lead team coordination meetings; Manage the development of design documents; Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents; Research building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements; Serve as primary point of contact with clients and subconsultants; Assists in tracking budgets, schedules, and resource allocation; Assists in resolving project-related issues and conflicts; and Communicate project information and status to firm principals and coworkers on a regular basis. Req. bachelors degree in architecture +24 mo. exp. in any architectural design position. Must be a FL licensed architect. Must visit various unanticipated work sites biweekly w/in FL.
