Job Description

We are a renowned, architecture firm known for high-quality design that is responsive to context and enhances how people live and work.
Our diverse portfolio includes:
residential, commercial, and K-12 schools. We have offices on Oahu and the Big Island and work on projects across the Hawaiian islands. We are looking for a motivated, passionate, well-organized, self-directed, detail-oriented candidate to be a part of our creative, collaborative team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential. A qualified candidate will be given the opportunity to grow and develop within the company. Applicants located on either Oahu or the Big Island will be considered.
Qualifications & Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional degree Minimum of 6 years of experience in the architectural and/or construction field Proficient in use of Revit Proficient in use of Bluebeam, Word, & Excel Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, & visual Ability to generate, coordinate, and assemble drawing packages from: schematic design through construction documents Experience with construction knowledge and ability to develop project-specific technical details and coordinated specifications Leadership skills to direct a design team from concept through completion, including coordination of consultants Management skills to include: time/schedule management, managing quality control of deliverables, and budget management Experience with construction observation and administration Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects Knowledge of building codes and local zoning regulations An enthusiastic team player What we
