What You'll Do:
EVstudio is looking for a client-driven Architect r to take the helm of our Idaho offices' Production Homes studio. If you're an architect with a passion for home design, client relationships, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.
Drive Business Development :
Maintain and expand client relationships across private and public sectors, with a particular focus on the production homes sector. Grow the
Team :
Mentor and develop architectural talent while partnering across disciplines, including civil, MEP, structural, and survey.
Oversee Projects :
Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
Strategic Leadership :
Collaborate with firm-wide leadership to align Idaho's growth with EVstudio's broader vision.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience, including client-facing and project leadership roles Demonstrated residential project success and local market knowledge Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset Experience in commercial, multi-family, or municipal design sectors is a plus but NOT required
What We Offer:
We are targeting a base salary of $75,000 to $95,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area. Medical insurance, including an HSA option Dental insurance Vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance
