Job Description

Licensed architect needed to work with experienced real estate developer who is specialized in restoration and new construction for multi-unit buildings in Chicago, Evanston and suburbs. Job is located in Wilmette, IL.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited architectural program at a university At least five years of experience Must be able to stamp all architectural drawings Must be able to apply for permits with governmental authorities Must be able to create new design and be familiar with all modern computer programs and work with an AI assistant Must be able to use computer, design, drawing and rendering tools
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
