Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and creative experienced Architect/Associate (5 years or more experience) to join our dynamic team. This full-time permanent position offers a great opportunity to gain varied experiences in the architectural profession while working on various projects. The ideal candidate will assist in the project design and drafting processes, contribute to project management, and support our team in delivering innovative architectural solutions. Responsibilities Assist in project production design and dwg development using software such as Revit. Participate in various architectural projects, providing input on design and construction. Support construction estimating efforts by gathering necessary data and construction materials. Collaborate with team members on project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks. Engage in development activities by conducting research on potential project types and locations. Help prepare contract documents and maintain project documentation. Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on assigned tasks. Requirements Completed a professional degree, B. Arch or M. Arch only. Proficiency in architectural software, particularly Revit. Familiarity with construction detailing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and contributing to team success. Knowledge of project scheduling techniques is beneficial but not required. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience over a range of activities while contributing to exciting projects within our firm with an opportunity to move into leadership.
