Owner's PM / Architect
Unlike many organizations, this team is deeply involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial project vision and planning through occupancy and final details. Their client-first approach, attention to detail, and ability to tell the story behind a project have made them a trusted advisor to a wide range of institutions and organizations. Job Description Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle Manage project schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, and project execution Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and status reports Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams Track project milestones and proactively identify potential issues Support projects from early planning and conceptualization through occupancy Maintain a responsive, client-first approach and ensure exceptional service delivery MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
