RESPONSIBILITIESPerform and collaborate on all phases of interior design assignments including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, construction documentation and construction administrationAssist with the development of design concepts and provide graphic and visualization tools for client presentations. Actively participate in client design reviews and presentations.
Research manufacturers and participate in the selection and presentation of building materials, fixtures, equipment, finishes, color palettes, artwork and lighting.
Prepare floor plans, building elevations and sections. interior elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design and drawings, interior layouts, finish plans, and schedulesAssist in the construction administration phase of projects and review of submittals, finish samples, sketches, and shop drawingsAbility to collaborate with consultants, engineers, interior designers, and the architectural team
