About Our Search We are currently seeking a licensed architect with extensive construction administration experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform construction administration activities for our Baltimore, MD office. The candidate will primarily support our Senior Living and Affordable Housing Studios. About the Position Overall project management during the construction phase. Act as a liaison between our design professionals, client representatives, and the general contractor. Attend and may conduct job site meetings both locally and regionally. Travel is to be expected. Provide on-site construction observations as needed and respond directly to design and construction issues posed by both contractors and construction managers. Prepare construction contract documents, including Addenda and Architect's Supplemental Instructions. Administration of the construction process, including RFI and submittal review, change order review, and field report preparation. Review of project budgets and payment applications. Required to work in-office and on job site environments as needed. About You Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering or an equivalent combination of related education and experience preferred. 10+ years of experience in construction project management. Registered Architect required. Strong time management and conflict resolution abilities. Attention to detail, organization skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, understand, and work from construction documents and specifications. Experience in a customer-focused, team-oriented environment is a plus. Revit, Newforma, Submittal Exchange, eBuilder, Pro-Core, and other management software experience is a plus. About Our Culture We believe there's power in purpose.
