Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Design Architect position include: 6+ years of design experience, ideally with residential architecture and production homebuilding Lead schematic-side design work and collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams Ability to work independently on some design tasks, then coordinate with a team and management Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers and design leadership Develop designs for residential product types including single-family and attached condos Use AutoCAD for all design work Participate in a mini design exercise during the interview process (4-6 hours, paid) Ensure design alignment with project requirements and produce production-ready deliverables

Salary:

$110,000 - $130,000 per year
