Job Description
Architect / Design & Development Associate Full-Time or Part-Time Real estate development company is seeking an architect with strong design and technical capabilities to join our team. This is an opportunity to work closely with company leadership and participate in projects from early planning and design through construction and completion. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to be involved in the full development process rather than focusing on only one phase of a project. Responsibilities Participate in planning, design, and project development activities Prepare drawings, presentations, and project documentation Coordinate with consultants, municipalities, contractors, and vendors Conduct site visits and oversee project implementation Qualifications Several years of architectural experience with increasing levels of responsibility Strong design, technical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Excellent communication and coordination abilities Interest in both architecture and real estate development What We Offer This position offers a rare opportunity to gain broad exposure to every stage of the development process while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
