Senior Architect

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded architect who enjoys both production and project leadership, wants exposure to education, faith-based, and industrial projects, and is excited to help fill a key gap as the firm prepares for the retirement of its in-house code expert. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include: Bachelor's degree in Architecture required with 6 to 10+ years of experience; ideal backgrounds include Project Architect, Job Captain, or Project Manager Strong knowledge of North Carolina and South Carolina building codes and permitting processes is required Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience in at least one of the following project types: education, faith-based, industrial/manufacturing, or warehouse facilities Participate in all phases of architectural projects from start to finish, with a strong emphasis on production and project leadership Coordinate externally with clients, engineers, and consultants while supporting internal teams as needed Help relieve senior staff of project management and coordination responsibilities without directly managing large internal teams Contribute to a versatile studio environment working across multiple project types and supporting high-quality architectural delivery

Salary :

$70,000 - $115,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
