Shift Leader/Manager $1000 Signing Bonus

We have a full-time opening for a Shift Leaders. Must be able to work various shifts per week up to 40+ hours per week. Be authorized to work in the United States. 18+ years old Pizza making experience of one year or more preferred. Papa John's Shift Leader/Supervisors are motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works together, increase profits, and provide superior customer service. Responsibilities and Duties The Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the store. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Marketing Customer service and customer relations Inventory and supplies ordering and receiving Inspection, care, and preventative maintenance of equipment and facility Managing labor to include cooks, sales professionals and delivery drivers Performing timely bank deposits Experience with Opening and Closing and Balancing cash Following the procedures outlined in the Papa John's Operating Manual Qualifications and Skills Prior experience in the pizza industry is a huge plus!! 35-40+ hours per week Flexible hours Nights, weekends, and holiday availability is a must. Signing bonus is paid in two $500 payments and will be paid upon the completion of the first two blocks of 500 hours worked. Team member must be in good standing at the time of payment. Hourly rate is based on an hourly wage PLUS tips. A minimum of $12 an hour is guaranteed, but team members can reach upwards of $20+ per hour when tips are counted. Tips are paid cash nightly!
