Blackstone 360 LLC We are a Real Estate Development & General Construction firm based in Orange, NJ, active across Northern and Central NJ. Our work spans new multifamily development and public construction renovation projects. We are seeking a Registered Architect to join our team, primarily focusing on designing new and adaptive re-use multifamily projects, along with their ancillary spaces. Additional tasks will include the review of drawings for public projects, preparing shop drawings, completing quantity estimates, and managing certain parts of the construction process.

Full-Time Salary Range:

$140,000 - $160,000 annually
