$130,000•$160,000 per year Job Details•Senior Project Architect (Licensed Architect) About the Opportunity Join a nationally recognized architecture and design firm specializing in complex hospitality, gaming, mixed-use, and commercial projects. We are seeking a licensed Senior Project Architect to lead project delivery, mentor team members, and provide technical expertise throughout all phases of design and construction. What You'll Do Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative design solutions. Oversee the production and coordination of construction documents and specifications. Ensure projects meet design intent, budget, schedule, quality, and code requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants. Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and support construction administration activities. Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development efforts as needed. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. Registered Architect (RA) license required. 10+ years of architectural experience with project leadership responsibilities. Strong experience with large-scale hospitality, gaming, hotel, mixed-use, or commercial projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit and construction documentation. Strong knowledge of building codes, consultant coordination, and construction practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
