Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate architectural drawings and project documentation. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities. Ensure architectural works comply with project specifications, regulations, and design intent. Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents. Attend site meetings and monitor project progress. Resolve design and coordination issues with the project team. Support the Project Manager and architects in project planning and execution.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture. Relevant experience in architectural coordination and project execution is an advantage. Experience in Good Class Bungalow (GCB) projects is preferred. Good knowledge of construction methods, architectural detailing, and local building regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an added advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
