Pay:
Senior Architect•Residential, Commercial & Healthcare in Lagrangeville, NY We are a well-established architectural firm based in Lagrangeville, New York, seeking an experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our team. This in-house position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about design, project leadership, and delivering exceptional architectural solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration Develop and oversee design documentation, construction drawings, and specifications Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Mentor and support junior architectural staff Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project management Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills New York State architectural license preferred
