Project Architect — Custom Residential Keller/Eaton Architects, PC Mamaroneck, NY | Full-time We're a small, award-winning architecture and interior design studio specializing in high-end, custom residential projects. Our work is detail-driven, collaborative, and built on strong relationships with clients and consultants. We care about how things turn out and remain involved throughout construction. We're looking for a Project Architect to help lead the technical side of the studio. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone guiding drawing sets through construction, resolving complex conditions, and setting a high standard for how our projects are documented and built. About the Role Work closely with the principals and staff to guide projects through design development, construction documents, and construction, with a focus on detailing, coordination, and execution. Skills in problem-solving to ensure that the design intent is translated into clear, buildable, and well-coordinated drawings are essential. What You'll Be Doing Production of construction documents for high-end residential projects Developing and reviewing sections, wall assemblies, and architectural details Resolving technical and construction challenges Coordinating closely with consultants and contractors Setting and maintaining documentation standards across the studio Participating in construction administration, site visits, and field coordination What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's of Architecture from an accredited institution Comprehensive experience in high-end or custom residential architecture Strong track record in detailing, technical leadership, and construction documentation from development to construction Comfortable coordinating and reviewing drawing sets from development to construction Able to make informed decisions and support others Clear, calm communication and a highly organized, detail-oriented approach Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Why Work With Us A key role in a design-focused, detail-driven studio Direct collaboration with principals with real influence over how projects are detailed, documented, and built Competitive salary and benefits.
