Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of resident financial information. Meet with new residents and/or responsible parties within 3-5 business days of admission to review insurance coverage, financial obligations, and care plans. Distribute resident funds and maintain petty cash records and balances. Complete and follow up on Medicaid recertifications and Social Security Representative Payee applications. Participate in weekly calls with the corporate billing office regarding billing progress and workflow. Support billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes as assigned. Promote resident rights, dignity, privacy, and well-being in a safe and respectful environment. Maintain confidentiality of resident, employee, and operational information. Follow all regulatory, legal, and company policies. Communicate professionally and appropriately in sensitive situations. Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and visitors. Comply with attendance, training, dress code, hygiene, and Standards of Conduct requirements.
