ABOUT OUR FIRM
Tonab Architecture PLLC, is a mid-size firm designing for the K-12 schools, aviation, and healthcare sectors. seeking an experienced Architect for the management of the design and construction documents process for TONAB's in-office staff.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, leading the development of all technical aspects and content of projects, coordinating work with all disciplines to ensure an integrated set of deliverables, attending project design meetings with stakeholders, writing meeting minutes, and verifying compliance through team management and collaboration. Knowledge of Revit a plus,but not required.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • Assist as part of the management team for the office.
  • Monitor the technical quality of projects. Enforce the application of QA/QC process standards and requirements.
  • Contribute innovative ideas in streamlined workflows to minimize waste and improve quality.
  • Manage and coordinate the workload and provide leadership of team activities. Communicate client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to team members. Identify and share lessons learned with teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all statutory and contractual requirements and project design concepts are achieved.
  • Continuously monitor project documentation and compliance with client requirements as outlined in contract.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, mitigate, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring all members of the project team follow project work plans and deadlines.
  • Responsible for following the requirements of the Quality Process.
