Job Description :

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect / Designer to join a leading architecture studio in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on medium to large-scale projects with significant responsibility and creative input, while collaborating with a highly regarded team of designers, engineers, and consultants. The position includes mentorship opportunities, technical development, and exposure across all project phases. The requirements of the role are : Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch). Minimum 5+ years of architectural design experience. Strong technical and detailing skills. Architectural license preferred. Proficiency in Revit (required). Experience coordinating with engineering consultants. Prior involvement in medium to large-scale projects. Familiarity with construction phase processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
