Job Description
Step into a high-impact, technical leadership role with a design-build organization delivering award-winning industrial and manufacturing projects across Central New York. In this Project Architect opportunity, you'll help translate design intent into coordinated, constructible, and code-compliant documentation while working closely with PMs, clients, consultants, and contractors in a collaborative environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include: 10+ years of progressively responsible architectural design and project delivery experience Professional architectural licensure required Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD and other applicable architectural software Experience performing or leading QA/QC reviews of architectural drawings and construction documents Lead architectural/technical delivery from design through construction administration, including multidisciplinary coordination Research, interpret, and apply building codes, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements Review documents for accuracy, completeness, constructability, coordination, code compliance, and consistency with design intent Provide construction administration support including review of submittals and shop drawings, responses to RFIs, field observations, and evaluation of project changes
Salary:
$100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
