Job Description

Join a highly respected architecture and design firm as an Architect III in Cleveland, Ohio, where you will play a leadership role on impactful projects spanning hospitality, retail, and public/municipal facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Registered Architect who wants to work fully in office with a collaborative team, lead projects from pre-design through construction administration, and help shape meaningful spaces while mentoring other professionals. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect III position include: Registered Architect in Ohio Minimum 10+ years of experience preferred, with strong architectural design, construction documentation, and project leadership expertise. Portfolio required with resume submittal showing experience in at least one of the following: hospitality, retail, and/or public/municipal projects. Must be local to Cleveland and able to work in a fully in-office role. Lead project teams through pre-design, programming, design, construction documentation, and construction administration phases. Assist with project scope, schedules, staffing, budgeting, and progress monitoring to ensure client needs, quality standards, and deadlines are met. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies while ensuring technical accuracy, constructability, and code compliance. Mentor interns and other architects, support business development efforts, and help manage bid processes, shop drawing reviews, and construction-phase issue resolution.
Salary :
$90,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
