B&N Architect Responsibilities :
Participate as an integral member of project team from start to finish for multiple project types and sizes. Complete tasks with little to minimal supervision including site surveying, due diligence, code compliance, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting and construction administration
Skills & Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited university Architecture registration is preferred but not required 3+ years of related architectural design experience Excellent time management and project organization skills Detail-oriented with an attention to quality and design Strong REVIT skills and technical understanding desired, along with proficiency in Enscape, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite Strong interpersonal & written communication skills Self-motivated and adaptable To learn more about B&N's Perks and Culture click here . #LI-MW1 Back to Open Positions
