Project Architect

What you'll do Support the development of client relationships and contribute to proposal preparation and interviews. Assist in developing project work plans, schedules, and design strategies to ensure efficient project execution. Prepare drawings, narratives, and technical specifications across all phases—from schematic design through construction documents. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated, cohesive, and technically sound project delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to maintaining high-quality design standards. Participate in reviewing submittals, responding to contractor inquiries, and conducting periodic site visits during construction. Travel periodically to project sites during design and construction phases. A solid understanding of how structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialty systems integrate within complex facilities. 8+ years of experience in commercial, institutional, research, microelectronics, mission-critical, or transit facility projects. Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred). Architectural licensure is strongly preferred, but candidates actively pursuing licensure will be considered. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other modeling/rendering tools. Experience in multi-discipline project coordination, construction documentation, and construction administration.
