Project Architect Job Description We are seeking a Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled architect with 5-8 years of experience who thrives in leading projects from concept to completion. While healthcare experience is highly preferred, it is not required. Responsibilities Lead architectural projects through all phases, from schematic design to construction administration. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success. Develop and oversee design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Coordinate with engineering disciplines and external consultants to integrate technical solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff. Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure design integrity. Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Essential Skills 5-8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in healthcare projects is preferred but not required. Architectural licensure is preferred. T Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Royal Oak, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
