Architect

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join a well-established, privately held real estate development organization based in the North Shore Chicago area. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to thoughtfully designed multifamily residential projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The firm maintains a long-standing track record of successful developments and offers strong potential for professional growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders across architecture, engineering, and construction throughout all project phases Develop and manage Revit models, including preparation of schematic designs, design development drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials Assist in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams, including review of submittals and shop drawings Participate in project meetings and support coordination efforts across disciplines Conduct occasional site visits to support project progress and quality Maintain organized drawing sets and assist with document control and project file management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture 5-10 years of professional architectural experience Proficiency in Revit, including documentation, detailing, and model management Experience with multifamily residential projects preferred; exposure to larger-scale or developer-led work is a plus Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred Working knowledge of BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks is a plus

Salary :

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
