Job Description:
A top firm is looking to bring on a Mid-Senior Project Architect / Project Manager to support a growing workload. This is a hybrid position suited for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical production with project coordination and team leadership. The role offers exposure to projects from early design through construction, with opportunities to take ownership of documentation, consultant coordination, and client interaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a collaborative studio environment and can move fluidly between production work and project oversight. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the delivery of multiple projects across various phases Producing and overseeing architectural drawings and technical documentation Assisting with project coordination, schedules, and consultant management Participating in permitting and regulatory review processes Contributing to construction administration, including site visits and field coordination Collaborating closely with internal teams to maintain design intent and technical quality Mentoring junior staff while remaining actively involved in production What They're Looking For Degree in Architecture Roughly 8-12 years of professional experience Strong technical background with exposure to project management responsibilities Experience working on NYC-based projects and familiarity with local codes and permitting processes Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience a plus) Construction documentation and construction administration experience Ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and internal teams Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Interest in long-term growth within a collaborative studio setting
