What You'll Do

• Support projects across all phases, from concept design through construction documents and construction administration
• Develop details and document sets with a high level of craft and accuracy
• Build and manage Revit models used in active practice — not just for presentation
• Bring strategic thinking to design challenges, not just execution
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and manage your own priorities across multiple concurrent efforts Requirements
• A professional degree from a NAAB-accredited school of architecture
• Strong, practice-level proficiency in Revit (able to hit the ground running in a live production environment)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• Experience with document production and detailing development
• An ability to prioritize — and to understand why something is a priority — while juggling multiple project demands
• Comfort collaborating across disciplines and managing your own workload Preferred
• Licensure, or active, demonstrated progress through the AXP/ARE process
• A demonstrated record of initiative - academic honors, competitions, professional recognition, leadership in a professional or student organization, or similar evidence that you go above and beyond
• A portfolio that conveys design excellence and a commitment to graphic quality
• Enscape rendering experience
• Familiarity with AI-driven design or production tools, or a strong interest in developing those skills What We Offer
