Job Description
Why This Role Is Different As a newer office within the firm our team is small but mighty - You'll work directly alongside the principal and senior staff, not three layers removed from them. At the same time, you're not joining a firm that's capped out. We're part of a multi-office national practice on a strong growth trajectory, and we're actively building out this location. That means real opportunities for advancement as the office grows. We're also a firm that's leaning into AI wholeheartedly as part of how we practice, not just talking about it — you'll have real opportunity to bring new tools and workflows into projects, not retrofit them later.
