Architectureand residential development firm based in Rhinebeck, NY seeks junior levelArchitect for work on new high end modern residences Upstate for thedevelopment firm and private clients. Architectwill be directly employed by S3 Architecture, and will work in coordinationwith home building firm Upstate Modernist. Architect will work ina hybrid working environment, directly with the Principal Architect and theProject Team, assisting in all project stages, from design to constructiondocuments and contract administration. Architect should possess strongdesign, communication and representational skills, and be able to take anactive and collaborative role in the operations of the firm. Requirements include:

Accredited ProfessionalDegree in Architecture. 2 years minimumprofessional architecture firm experience. To be based inMid-Hudson Valley and ability to drive to Rhinebeck office and job sites in thearea 2x per week min. Ability to assist withall phases of a project; from research and concepts to design and detailsthrough to project completion. Hard working, motivatedand self-sufficiently;ability to work well independently and in a group. Focused, articulate,well organized, and detail-oriented. Strong design abilitiesand graphic sensibilities. Strong written andverbal communication skills. Skilled at directinteraction with Clients,Construction Managers, Subcontractors and Vendors. Experience in workingon fully coordinated drawing sets. Complete fluency inRevit, BIM 360, AutoCAD; strong proficiency in AI Image generation, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office required. Excellence in 3Dpresentation, production and technical skills. Authorization to workin the United States.
