Pay:
S20M is seeking a Junior Architect / Architectural Designer to join our New York studio. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented designer with strong AutoCAD skills and working knowledge of Revit to support architectural and interior design projects from concept design through design development and general drawing packages. The role involves drawing production, design development, general drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, material coordination, presentation support, and collaboration with consultants, vendors, contractors, and the internal studio team. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of professional experience, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to work carefully within a small, design-focused architecture and interiors studio. Requirements include a degree in Architecture or a related field, strong AutoCAD proficiency, working knowledge of Revit, good communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. Experience with high-end residential, interior architecture, hospitality, boutique commercial projects, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, or V-Ray is a plus. This is a full-time position based in New York, NY. Occasional remote flexibility may be possible depending on project needs.
Salary range:
$70,000-$82,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
